Hi all,

Quick update regarding next steps for our development works.

As you know, having completed the primary bulk earthworks in 2025, the area has been left to settle over the winter period. During this time, we have also been liaising with Kildare Co Co regarding further information requests in respect of planning conditions. 

We can now advise that the necessary conditions have been addressed, to the satisfaction of the Council, to facilitate the next stage of our development works.

We can also confirm that our Contractor, Dar Golf Construction, are planning to remobilise to site next week to progress pitch completion works. 

This will involve: final levelling, drainage, sand and topsoil application, final surface dressing and seeding of our new pitch.
The works will continue through the summer period - all subject to weather conditions as the works progress.
